Bruce Carver Jackson is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of Carver Cross Securities Corp. He has broad experience in advisory and principal activities relating to U.S. and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and corporate sales; private placements of equity and debt securities; and joint ventures. He has assisted dozens of corporations and investors, both institutional and individual, from around the world, and has completed transactions valued at more than $4 billion. Mr. Jackson has more than 30 years of Wall Street experience. His previous professional affiliation was Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. He began his career as executive assistant to Robert V. Roosa, former Under-Secretary of the U.S. Treasury for Monetary Affairs.

Mr. Jackson is a Registered Representative and a General Securities Principal. He has served as a Director of several companies and is a Co-Founder and former Director and Treasurer of The Princeton Entrepreneurs’ Network, Inc. He speaks German, has lived overseas, and has traveled widely throughout Europe and Asia.

Mr. Jackson was educated at Princeton University (A.B.), Johns Hopkins University’s Paul Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (M.A.), and New York University’s Stern Graduate School of Business Administration (Advanced Professional’s Certificate in Corporate Finance).

Shezad Rokerya has extensive experience encompassing private-equity investing, venture capital, asset management, capital raising, mergers/acquisitions, project finance, and privatizations. This experience covers a range of industries, including financial services, oil & gas, power, infrastructure, telecom, and IT. He has been responsible for executing assignments and building businesses throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Mr. Rokerya is Chairman of The Interlink Companies, a group he founded in 1990. His previous affiliations include Shearson Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch & Co., having served in New York, London, and Geneva. Mr. Rokerya is a native of Montreal, Canada where he attended McGill University and Western State Law School.

Peter Ruof has extensive expertise in mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, and project finance. His international experience includes the U.S., Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Asia. He is a former President & CEO of Kouri Capital Group and has held senior positions at Timex Corporation, Phoenix Confections, Inc., China Cement Corporation, the Ford Foundation, the Commission of the European Communities, the IMF, and the World Bank. He has more than four decades of experience.

Mr. Ruof is German born. He holds a graduate degree in International Economics from the University of Munich.

Matthew J. Bergstrom draws on many years’ experience in law, finance, business development, corporate security, and global affairs. He has worked in Russia, Finland, and the United States. Mr. Bergstrom has special expertise in risk management, market entry strategies, and relationship building for international ventures.

Mr. Bergstrom earned a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, a law degree at Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington, and studied at the Helsinki School of Economics.

William Q. Dowling brings to bear four decades of experience in financing, marketing, and managing companies in the hospitality, travel, and leisure industries. Mr. Dowling was formerly President of Dowmar Securities, Inc. an NASD broker/dealer specializing in financing hotel and resort projects and has served as a senior executive of a number of hotel companies including U.S. Franchise Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ), Swissôtel division of Swissair, and Princess Hotels International.

Mr. Dowling earned a B.A. degree from the University of Florida and studied at the Cornell University Graduate School of Hotel Administration.
